For the Days of Remembrance, Luigi Toscano, in partnership with the German Embassy, and with the cooperation of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, was mounting his unique photographic installation along the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The exhibition featured more than 120 oversized portraits of Holocaust survivors. So far, it was the largest exhibition of the project and the world´s largest exhibition in public space.

Around 150,000 visitors saw the exhibition. Luigi Toscano and his team held numerous discussions on-site. They have shown: The message has reached the minds and hearts of people.
